Whenever we can, you'll find us aboard our J-Boat, taking in the views from a boat Torben meticulously restored and customized with his closest childhood friend years ago. Today, we're proud members of the Seattle Yacht Club and the Queen City Yacht Club. Embracing the incredible boating community here in the Pacific Northwest.

Alicia had the privilege of serving on the event committee, helping support the celebration through social media and marketing. It became such a meaningful part of our lives that we even planned our wedding around it—true story!

Together for 14 years, we married in Seattle in December 2021 — beautiful, a little cold, and exactly how we wanted it. This city has played such a big role in our lives, both personally and professionally, that it felt like the perfect place to tie the knot.

We love how dog-friendly Seattle is — because in our opinion, there’s nothing better than meeting new dogs and new friends. So we thought, why not combine our favorite things? That’s how the Seattle Dog Club was born. Our first meet-up brought together more than 18 dogs, and continues to grow. We’re busy planning even more gatherings to keep the tails wagging.

Whether it’s a local classic car meet-up or a leisurely drive through town, we love spending time in our vintage rides. Torben often daily drives a 57 Oldsmobile when the weather is right. The photo above was captured by a friend on one of those drives in Mill Valley, CA (Thanks, Mr. Lewis!). Our passion for all things classic even finds its way into our work — we’ve featured our cars in property videos to add a touch of history, character, and help make a listing more memorable.
